WORK WITH ME
Advisory, in small doses.
My weeks belong to a full-time role I like, so I don’t take projects. What I do take is a small number of advisory conversations — the “senior brain in the room” kind, not the “extra pair of hands” kind.
The conversations that tend to be worth both our time:
- →Architecture reviews. You’re about to sign, migrate, or rebuild something expensive, and you want someone who’s done it ten times to attack the plan before reality does.
- →Migration sanity checks. The vendor says six weeks. Your gut says otherwise. Your gut is probably right; let’s find out where.
- →The seams. CRM and MAP disagree, the CDP is a rumor, attribution is a spreadsheet with a version number. I can help you find where the truth leaks out.
- →Hiring help. You’re writing a job post with a tool name in the title. Send it to me first — I’ll help you figure out what function you’re actually hiring for.
If the work needs more than advice — audits, implementation, ongoing operations — that’s my agency, Avego Digital, which exists precisely so advice can stay advice.
How it starts: an email. Tell me what’s haunted. Say hello →
